Economic co-operation between Brazil and Europe has enormous potential for growth. EUBrasil Association believes that Brazilians and Europeans must work together to realize this potential in the form of greater investment and increased trade between the two areas. For this, we need a more ambitious agenda between Brazil and Europe.
EUBrasil works to reach these goals by focusing on three main themes:
1 – Regulatory issues and standards, which are increasingly essential to develop trade and investments between the two economic partners.
2 – Trade negotiations between the European Union and Mercosur.
3 – Boost sectoral dialogues such as information, technology, agriculture, finance, energy, infrastructure, etc.
In order to reach these goals, we offer our members:
1 – Research and analyses on themes of mutual interest – Preparation of documents and proposals for bilateral events within the framework of the EU-Brazil strategic partnership. A close monitoring of the regulatory activities of the European Commission, Parliament and Council which could potentially impact the flux of commerce and investment between Brazil and the European Union.
2 – Events – EUBrasil organises various topical conferences, teleconferences and seminars in Brussels which bring together a wide range of representatives from businesses, the public administration, the European institutions as well as expert academics.
3 – Networking – Organisation of exclusive meetings with stakeholders creating opportunities to promote your business.
4 – Relationships with Brazilian, European and international media in order to increase exposure – Thanks to good relations with the economic media, sending regular bulletins to over 3,000 decision-makers, and routine press releases, EUBrasil strives for better understanding between Brazil and the European Union.
