EUBrasil seeks Executive Assistant

Main Duties:

Monitor and research key policy debates and legislation in the EU on issues relevant to Brazil. Provide regular information to the membership. Compile clear, concise and informative reports on meetings and events in Brussels – e.g. European Parliament plenaries sessions and committee and delegation meetings, think tank events, conferences, etc.
Research and draft articles, speeches and correspondence in Brazilian Portuguese or English for EUBrasil. Proofread Brazilian Portuguese and English language texts for EUBrasil.

Support the implementation of the EUBrasil social media and digital campaigning strategy and initiatives; Help built digital campaign tools and actions; Develop and maintain EUBrasil websites, including updating and producing new content and campaign-specific websites or web pages; Actively manage and develop social media content and profiles; Maintain awareness of and familiarity with the latest and cutting edge digital and social media tools and developments to keep EUBrasil’s digital presence innovative and compelling;  Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications projects and events.

Develop strategies for and lead the EUBrasil’s support to fundraising from private sector and develop new business membership.

Other Tasks: Liaise with external actors to support the EUBrasil’s activities. Overall support to the EUBrasil’s President.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with impeccable time management skills. EUBrasil is looking for someone efficient and well presented with an experience across a range of administrative tasks, an ability to multi-task and set priorities. Duties include conducting general administrative tasks, writing/sending letters and emails, creating documents and presentations, drafting lists etc..
