In a new initiative to support Science, Technology and Innovation projects between the European Union and Brazil, B.BICE+ project launched two calls for travel grants. The two categories are for trips to international events and exchange between representatives of Brazilian and European institutions.

B.BICE+ will fund EU-Brazil travels to international events when researchers have the opportunity to promote the result of projects developed in collaboration between countries, or working visits where researchers can build or reinforce a long term partnership or prepare future EU-Brazil collaborative research projects. B.BICE+ will offer grants up to € 3000.

The second category of the grant is for exchange trips between representatives of Brazilian and European institutions. This call is designed especially for members of innovation organisations, such as technology transfer offices and innovation management; laboratories or research institutions and innovation agencies and networks, such as clusters, Science and Technology parks and business incubators. The grant offered is also up to € 3000.

B.BICE+ is an International Cooperation (INCO) project funded by the European Commission whose aim is to enhance bilateral cooperation and to support political dialogue in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) among Europe and Brazil.
