The new Brazil’s minister of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Armando Monteiro Neto, says that the trade partnership between the country and the European Union should be one of the foreign trade policy priorities in 2015. During president Dilma Rousseff’s first term, Brazil sought closer ties with countries in development in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
